1. The service
Mondopulse presents economic, social and environmental indicators published by the World Bank (World Development Indicators), together with explanatory texts written by the publisher. The app is provided for general information and popularisation.
2. Data and accuracy
Figures come from the World Bank under the CC BY 4.0 licence, reformatted and commented by Mondopulse. They may be revised by their source, be several years old for some countries (the year is always shown) and contain gaps. Mondopulse is not affiliated with the World Bank, which neither endorses nor guarantees this app. Rankings and comments are provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy or completeness, and are not professional, financial or political advice.
3. Mondopulse Plus
Mondopulse Plus unlocks additional features (extended comparison, all country portraits, full rankings). It is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time “lifetime” purchase. Prices shown in the app are those of your store, taxes included. The yearly plan may include a free trial; it is charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Management and cancellation happen in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s rules. The lifetime purchase covers the period during which the app remains available on the stores.
4. Use
You may use Mondopulse for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not bulk-extract content, bypass paid features or disassemble the app. The explanatory texts and the app design are the publisher’s property.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information shown nor for service interruptions (including unavailability of the World Bank API).
